Q-1. Is this watch has video calling option ?
Answer: No, this model doesn’t support, Check another Setracker model watch.
Q-2. Is there any subscription charge or annual fee for the watch ?
Answer: There are no additional / annual maintenance charges for the watch. However, the SIM card service charges need to be paid as per the data plan that you have opted for.
Q-3. Difference between LBS Base location vs Exact Location (GPS) ?
Answer: Please check the image attached in the listing. LBS location is obtained from the nearest mobile (GSM) tower, whereas the GPS location is derived when the watch gets connected to GPS satellites.
Q-4. Why the watch is not charging ?
Please note this watch charges with Adaptor of (1Amp to 2 Amp & 5V) only. Do not use any smart phone fast chargers.
Q-5. Why The watch not showing SIM Signal ?
Answer: This watch needs SIM from either Airtel, Vodafone or BSNL network and this watch does not support Jio SIM. For watch to work properly both GSM Signal and Data signal is needed. Make sure to test your SIM working using mobile before installing it on watch.
In case either GSM or data symbol on watch is not coming, reach out to technical support.
