It will not stick well on plastic, broken or uneven surfaces. Installation Instructions: 1. Measure the surface and cut the film. Leave an extra inch margin on each side for an easy adjustment. 2. Clean the target surface thoroughly and make sure the surface is clean enough without any dust. 3. Peel off the transparent backing film along a short side. 4. Spray a lot of water both on the adhesive side and window surface (Very Important!!!), then apply the film to the window. 5. use a squeegee to flatten the film gently and squeeze out bubbles little by little. 6. Trim off the margins and use a cloth to flatten out the film. Here you go! Note: 1. The privacy effect of the window film will vary with the change of light and angle. 2. The mirror effect means it has a slightly reflective effect, not totally like a mirror. 3. The different effects between daytime and night: The outside glass will show a mirror effect as well as keep your privacy during the daytime (If the people outside who is up close, it’s not completely invisible to the inside). At night, the outdoor glass will lose the mirror effect, and people outside can see Inside. Therefore, curtains are necessary at night.
DAYTIME PRIVACY PROTECTION– This window tint film only provides good privacy during daytime while the exterior glass shows the mirror effect. When the inside light is stronger than outside, the mirror effect will be reversed. Remember to draw curtain during night.
STATIC CLING & EASY TO INSTALL– This self adhesive window privacy film is free of glue design, very easy to install, just make sure the glass surface is completely clean and smooth. Remember to spray A LOT of soap water to both the adhesive side and window.
