Bend on the sink and breathe naturally with your mouth. 3. Put Netti cones in your right nostril and bend the head on the left. Raise the back of Netti so that the water flows into your right nostril and comes out through the left nostril. 4. Repeat with the left nostril equally in the opposite direction. 5. Blow your nose gently and repeat it 1-2 times.

Jalneti- Place the nettie netipot cone in your right nostril and tilt the head to the left and bend forward. Let the water go from the right nostril to the left nostril, and then repeat the same contrast with the left nostril.
Step 3
Cleanliness- Blow your nose gently and repeat the process 1-2 times. Once you perform Jalnti with both nostrils, bend the upper body forward and stay in this position for 20–30 seconds to remove any extra water.
