Dr Trust (USA) Electronic Zen rechargeable digital personal weight scale comes with an extended warranty of 3 years from the date of challan generation by registering on the manufacturer’s website within 15 days. The warranty is subject to terms and conditions. However, breakdown, water damage, battery and normal wear and tears are excluded from the warranty. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only in weighing sensors. Customers will have to send a waiting scale to the DR Trust Service Center in India for repair. Please do not try to repair the weight scale itself/unauthorized repair as it will make the warranty zero and can cause electric shock.
