Instructions for mattress controller:
1. Standby key: press this key to display “10”, and the massage mattress starts to work. At this time, it is in the automatic mode, and the default 10 minute timing starts. Press again to display “20”, and start the 20 minute timing. Then press again to display “30”, and start the 30 minute timing. Finally, press again to display “of” and the massage mattress will stop working.
2. Mode: press this key to select 9 different massage modes of whole body vibration massage, “F1” – “F8” “Au” a total of 9 modes can be selected.
3. Strength adjustment: press this button to increase or decrease the vibration massage strength, a total of 9 levels of strength can be adjusted, namely “S1” – “59”.
4. Speed: press this key to speed up or slow down the vibration massage frequency, with a total of 9 adjustable speeds, namely “L1” – “L9”.
5. Positioning: press this button to control the massage area of different parts, and “P1” – “P4” will be displayed. A total of 4 different areas can be adjusted.
6. Heating: press this key to turn on the heating function of the massage mattress, displaying “H1” – “H3”, a total of three adjustable gears. When the key is pressed to display “HO”, the back heating function of the massage mattress can be turned off.

How to use the foot controller
1. Standby key: press the standby key to enter automatic massage. The default timing is 15 minutes (automatic switching between positive and negative).
2. Direction key: press the direction key to change the massage direction of the massage head. Press once for forward massage, and then press once for reverse massage.
3. Strength key: press this key for the first time after starting up to switch to strong gear, and then press it again to switch. There are three gears to choose from.
4. Heating key: press the heating key to select warm massage. Press once for warm start, and then press once for warm close.
Instructions for neck controller:
1. Standby key: press this key to start the machine with one key, and the machine will enter the automatic mode. Press it for the second time to shut down the machine.
2. Direction key: one minute forward and reverse rotation is the default when starting up. Press this key for the first time to turn on the forward rotation function; Press again to turn on the reverse function.
3. Strength adjustment key: This machine has three levels of strength adjustment, and the default medium level when starting up. Press this key for the first time to operate at low gear; Press this key again for high-grade operation; Press again to resume medium-range operation.
4. Heating key: the heating function is enabled by default when starting up. Press this key for the first time to turn off the heating function; Press this key again to turn on the heating again.
5. Energy saving key: energy saving design. Press this key to enter the energy saving mode.
