how to use
Step 1: Keep the cuff carefully around your upper hand (bare skin). Try and keep calm for several minutes before taking your measurement.
Step 2: Adjust the cuff with enough space so that 2 fingers fit between the cuff and your hand. Let your arm fall on the table and tell the cuff about the level of the heart.
It is important to ensure that the tube corresponds to the center of your palm.
Step 3: Choose your user profile and press the start. It will automatically measure your heart rate along with systolic and diastolic blood pressure.
